Born in the Netherlands and raised in Sweden, my interest in the built environment started early through construction sites, workshops and small building projects alongside my father. What first began as a fascination for the technical and practical gradually developed into a deep interest in architecture, spatial experience and the care for details that shape how we live and interact.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Engineering together with a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Throughout my education and professional experiences, I have continuously been drawn to the intersection between technical clarity and thoughtful, human-centered design.
My work often begins through sketching, physical models and an intuitive exploration of atmosphere, materials and proportion. At the same time, I value precision, constructability and the collaborative processes required to bring architecture into reality. During my internship at UNStudio in Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to work across multiple scales and phases together with international teams, further strengthening my interest in architecture as both a creative and highly coordinated discipline.
Beyond architecture, I have a strong interest in photography, visual storytelling, craftsmanship and everyday objects shaped with care and longevity in mind. I enjoy discovering new places, spending time around good food and conversations, and finding inspiration through travel, cities and landscapes.
I see architecture not only as the design of buildings, but as a way of understanding people, materials, culture and the subtle details that shape everyday life.
